Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed for career advancement in or retraining into HRM or People and Culture roles. The curriculum provides an overview of management processes and organisational behaviour, blending fundamental perspectives with contemporary analyses to equip students with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills. Emphasising communication and teamwork, the degree ensures graduates are well-prepared for the complexities of modern HRM roles. Domestic students have the option to study on campus or via distance delivery mode. Distance refers to learning activities that do not require you to attend campus, but instead allow you to join pre-scheduled virtual classes. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, you may enrol in the Master of Human Resource Management and will be eligible for credit for the four subjects completed within the graduate certificate.
