Master of Construction Project Management
This degree will teach you modern management methodologies and principles of project management and apply them across the various phases of the construction project development life-cycle. This degree will give you an advanced understanding of the construction project management body of knowledge, including established theories and recent developments relevant to the discipline and professional field. You will learn to apply construction project management principles and practices to new or complex environments. During your studies, you will plan and execute a research-based or professional project, undertake a capstone experience or complete a piece of work that involves substantial scholarship, particularly in the construction project management context.

The 1 year program consists of 8 courses (48 Units Of Credit/UOC). The 1.5 year program consists of 9 courses and a research project (72 Units Of Credit/UOC).

Entry requirements
- 1.5 year (72 UOC) program: An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as building, construction management, construction economics, civil engineering, mining engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, property development and real estate. AND Professional experience in the construction industry of at least 12 months duration at a management level post completion of undergraduate degree 1 year (48 UOC) program: Met the above admission requirements for the 72 UOC program AND Achieved an Honours or Credit average (WAM 65+) in your undergraduate degree. The Honours can be either an additional Honours year or an embedded Honours which recognises meritorious performance across the whole degree.
