The Master of Business is designed for postgraduate scholars and professional managers with appropriate undergraduate qualifications in management or a related discipline and/or extensive relevant professional experience wishing to gain a more advanced understanding of the concepts and principles that underpin effective management, business decision making and leadership in organisations. Management degrees at postgraduate level build on the analytical, research and communication skills obtained through focused programs of intellectual inquiry.

Entry requirements
- Relevant 4-year Bachelor degree or Hons degree
- or relevant Graduate Diploma
- or 3-year Bachelor degree and 3 years' relevant work experience
- or equivalent qualifications and/or related work experience. Typical relevant fields for a bachelor's degree therefore include Arts, Science and Social Science. Where students are considered not to have the background needed for advanced disciplinary study in management, they are required to undertake a specified Academic Language and Learning Program prior to entry. Relevant work experience includes management, supervisory and administrative experience in either the private, not-for-profit or government sectors.
