Advanced Property Economics International Travel Bursary

The bursary was established to assist students enrolled in the Bachelor of Property Economics and Development degree or to a post-graduate student undertaking relevant property related studies.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or humanitarian visa holders; be full-time or part-time students undertaking their second or third year studies in the Bachelor of Property Economics and Development major or a post-graduate student undertaking relevant property related studies. Students must have at least one semester of study remaining at USC following undertaking travel; have a valid passport; and be eligible for the appropriate travel visa. Selection is based on academic merit, with a GPA of 5.0 or higher; have a sound record of student and professional interest and involvement in the property and development sector; submission of a travel itinerary and budget which includes airfare, accommodation, travel insurance, visa fees, internal transportation and meals for the two week study tour. Applicants must submit a 500-word essay outlining how the International Travel Bursary will benefit the recipient's education and career prospects in the property and development industry.
