The Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice is the only tertiary education/university level program of its kind offered in NSW that will provide graduates with the training, experience and education needed for professional registration as a pharmacist.

Entry requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher award in Pharmacy from the University of Sydney, or qualifications deemed by the Faculty to be equivalent and a provisional (intern) pharmacist registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia prior to commencing the Intern Training Program component of the course
- or a general (non–intern) pharmacist registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia are also eligible to enrol in the course (excluding the Intern Training Program component).
