Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
This program will produce graduates ready to practice in the broad discipline of exercise and sport science after three years of full-time study (or equivalent part-time). The degree program has been designed to provide sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills for exercise assessment, prescription and delivery for the purpose of improving sport performance as well as for general health and fitness. Students will also be able to complete electives in a range of complimentary study areas (e.g. health professions, business, education). Students will be provided with opportunities to gain valuable practical experience in the sport and health industry with a range of fitness facilities, sporting teams, sports organisations, clinics and hospitals. Such experience will provide students an insight into career prospects and opportunities to start building industry networks.

Students are required to complete a total of, but no more than, 240 units, comprised of the following: 200 units of Core Courses; 40 units of Electives
