This program is designed for nurses re-entering the workforce, internationally educated nurses who are required to undertake a bridging program or nurses seeking to update their knowledge and skills. Person-centeredness, communication and cultural competence will be explored in both the theoretical and professional practice components of the program. There will also be a focus on caring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
