Culturally Diverse Women (Short Course)
While efforts continue to be made to address the issues of inequity for women at work, these efforts are not progressing at the same rate for all. Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) women do not spring from the same starting block as others and this program is designed to identify how a womans cultural diversity creates barriers to progression at work.

Entry requirements
- Participants should identify as a woman who is culturally and/or linguistically diverse and sees these identifiers as barriers to career progression, not being recognised in the workplace or they are unsure of how to value this diversity for themselves in their own personal brand.
