Master of Gestalt Therapy
This program aims to provide a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the theoretical base of Gestalt Therapy. This knowledge will support the development of personal and group awareness. The program also aims to develop an integrative approach to the study of individual, family and group methods of therapeutic interventions, and to promote and strengthen the student's skills, personal qualities and competencies that are relevant to becoming a psychotherapist. Finally it aims to promote and support professional practice that is responsive, creative, ethical and innovative.

Structure
The Graduate Certificate is embedded in the Master program. Students undertake an additional 3 years part-time study. Training for each year is over 7 weekends and a 6 day Residential. Students engage in their own individual study and in group work. They also undertake supervised practice and their own therapy.

- Undergraduate qualifications (Bachelor level) or post graduate qualifications in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or other allied fields
- or other TAFE qualifications together with relevant employment experience may be considered

Higher Education Authority in Australia: TEQSA (Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency) Professional Associations in Australia and New Zealand: PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation Australia.
Study Pathways
For students who transfer from an Institute that is not accredited as a provider of higher education offering a Master program, recognition of prior learning and credit for previous study may be granted.
