The Control Room Skillset alongside a Cert 3 in Security Operations provides prospective candidates seeking a career in the Security Industry with key skills in areas of Security Operation within a Control Room and or Monitoring Centre environment. Given the current context in which the industry operates in, all candidates must have basic to intermediate skills in the English language, have excellent presentation and a willingness to listen and participate in this qualification. A general understanding of computer's will be highly advantageous.
